Frequently asked
Do I need to be an experienced golfer?
No. In a two-person scramble you and your partner both hit and play the better shot each time, so players of every level contribute.
How does the format work?
Teams of four, split into two pairs. Each pair plays a scramble: both partners hit, pick the better shot, and both play from there.
Can I register without a team?
Yes. Register individually and we will place you on a team of four.
How much does it cost?
$75 per player for ALPFA members (fall semester ticket) and $100 per player for professionals, alumni and guests.
Who can attend?
Students, alumni, professionals and guests.
What should I wear and bring?
Collared shirt and golf or athletic shoes, sunscreen and water. Bring clubs if you have them; contact us if you need a set.
